美國總統川普（Donald Trump）這個月2日宣布對等關稅，衝擊全球貿易，各國要搶在90天緩衝期內與美國完成協商。中國被課徵145%關稅，川普22日願意大幅調降稅額，但中國要求全面取消關稅，也否認雙方已經展開協商；中國昨（28）日稱「近期中美兩國元首沒有通話」，中國外交部長王毅則再度發聲，稱「妥協退縮只會讓霸凌者得寸進尺」。今（29）日中國外交部發布「重磅影片」，喊出「中國不跪」。

據中國媒體《北京日報》報導，29日中國外交部公眾號發布影片《不跪！》其中提到，「向霸權低頭就如同飲鴆止渴，只能陷入更深重的危機。歷史已經證明，妥協退讓難求網開一面，卑躬屈膝終致步步緊迫」。

The White House is rescheduling one of its annual spring garden tour dates due to a “massive” anti-Trump demonstration expected to take place near 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

The spring garden tours that were scheduled for Saturday have been pushed a day later, to Sunday, the White House announced Thursday.

“This decision has been made out of an abundance of caution and to ensure the safety of all within proximity to public demonstrations planned near the White House on April 5,” a statement said.

The move comes as crowds are expected to gather on the National Mall in Washington on Saturday for a “Hands Off!” rally. The event, timed as part of a National Day of Action, is described by organizers as a “mass mobilization day” aimed at sending a “message to the world that we do not consent to the destruction of our government and our economy for the benefit of [President] Trump and his billionaire allies.”

President Donald Trump’s sweeping new tariffs are facing blowback from all corners – a market sell-off, foreign retaliation, anger from corporate America and skepticism from the Federal Reserve chairman and some allies in Congress. So far, the president is defiant in the face of the global turbulence.

After a day and a half of mixed messages from Trump and top administration officials over whether the tariffs were the start of a negotiation or a more permanent change to US economic policy, Trump didn’t use Friday to deliver clarity. 美国总统特朗普4月2日签署所谓“对等关税”的行政令，宣布美国对贸易伙伴设立10%的“最低基准关税”，并对一些贸易伙伴征收更高关税（此前报道）。

他在推文中称：“他们实际上并没有像他们所说的那样计算。相反，对每个国家来说，他们只是把美国对该国的贸易赤字除以这个国家对美国的出口额。以印尼为例，美国与印尼的贸易逆差为179亿美元。印尼对美国的出口额为280亿美元，17.9/28=64%，这就是特朗普声称印尼对美国征收的关税税率。”They didn't actually calculate tariff rates + non-tariff barriers, as they say they did.
