This week’s new entries all spotlight spectacular fights and daring stunts. Two spring 2025 movies, Novocaine with Jack Quaid and Love Hurts with Ke Huy Quan, crash the top 10 after being available on rival streamer Peacock since early summer.

One of Prime Video’s biggest shows, Gen V, just returned for a violent second season, and it’s already near the top of the streamer’s most popular list.
