Brittany Mahomes is delighted about her husband, Patrick Mahomes, and Travis Kelce’s latest business venture.
The three-time Super Bowl-winning pair are opening a restaurant named 1587 Prime in Kansas City, Missouri, and a major update has just been announced.
1587 Prime, a play on Mahomes and Kelce’s Chiefs jersey numbers, will open on Wednesday, September. 17 and reservations are now available to make.
The restaurant made the exciting announcement on Instagram alongside a video of Kelce and Mahomes trying some of the dishes, including burgers and Wagyu beef.
“Signed. Sealed. Delivered. Be the first to dine among legends. Reservations now open- visit the link in the bio to reserve your table,” the caption on the post read.
Brittany, who married Mahomes in March 2022, was among the many commenters showcasing their support for the new restaurant.
The 29-year-old, who met Mahomes in high school, expressed her excitement for the opening date of her husband’s new restaurant with a two-word social media message.
“Let’s goooooo,” Brittany, who’s always supported her husband, wrote.
The video posted on Instagram also had Mahomes and Kelce doing their best job to promote the restaurant.
“What’s better than to break bread with people over good food, good drinks, cool vibe?” Kelce said in the video.
Kelce described the menu as “mind-blowing,” while Mahomes said the restaurant still has “that Kansas City feel.”
“Kansas City loves food,” Mahomes, who adds this restaurant to his stunning business portfolio, said.
“This is different, and I think this city is going to love it.”

1587 Prime is located at the Loews Kansas City Hotel, and the opening dates coincide with Mahomes’ 30th birthday.
It also takes place a few days after the Chiefs’ season opener against the Los Angeles Chargers on September 5 in Brazil.
The restaurant will take up nearly 10,000 square feet and two floors of the Loews Hotel.
Global hospitality group Noble 33, which is partnering with Kelce and Mahomes for the restaurant, first announced plans for the steakhouse in 2024.
The restaurant will have private dining rooms, meat displays and a chef’s kitchen, a news release in 2024 said.
It will also have hyper-subtle references to Mahomes and Kelce’s football accomplishments,
“Travis and I have become frequent visitors of Noble 33 restaurants in other cities,” Mahomes said in 2024.
“So it only made sense to bring something special to our own community in Kansas City.”
While Kelce said, “We’re excited to be a part of this journey with Noble 33 to create a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
“What better place to start than our very own, Kansas City.”
