Anyone anticipating that Coldplay will ditch their Jumbotron segment after the viral moment with Astronomer's Andy Bryon and Kristin Cabot is in for a disappointment.

A month after Bryon and Cabot’s alleged cheating was exposed through the couple spotlight at Coldplay’s show in Massachusetts, frontman Chris Martin has announced that he doesn’t plan on ending the kiss cam.

Coldplay’s Jumbotron segment gained traction on social media after a fan posted footage of the former Astronomer CEO and the company’s Chief People Officer packing on the PDA.

At that time, the pair were married to different people: Kristin was married to Andrew Cabot, and Bryon reportedly tied the knot with Megan Kerrigan.

On Monday, at the band’s tour stop in Hull, England, Martin addressed the unexpected romantic scene caught on camera.

"We've been doing [the Jumbotron] a long time, and it is only recently that it became a ... yeah," the lead vocalist said to the crowd before adding that the scandal won’t affect how the gig operates.

"Life throws you lemons and you've got to make lemonade. So, we are going to keep doing it because we are going to meet some of you,” the “Fix You” hitmaker announced, per Hull Live.

During the England performance, Martin took out time to appreciate fans for turning up and proceeded to read some signs.  The “Scientist” singer read out a message from an admirer who attended the event three times in three months.

“You were at that Boston gig, Well, okay, thank you for coming again after that debacle,” the “Yellow” hitmaker said, referencing when Bryon and Cabot were captured snuggling up.

Following the 48-year-old's mention of the sneaky video, the audience erupted into laughter.

Could The Former Astronomer CEO Potentially Pursue Legal Actions Against Coldplay?

Days after the co-worker's secret romance became public, Bryon’s life was significantly disrupted, as he resigned from his position as the chief executive officer.

However, despite the difficulties brought on as a result of the scandal, legal experts have pointed out that he can’t sue the music group.

Ron Zambrano of the Los Angeles-based West Coast Employment Lawyers explained that any legal claims from Bryon concerning the incident are a lost cause.

Zambrano argued that if the businessman brings an action, it would likely be dismissed as a "restriction on creative speech and Coldplay's ability to be artistic during their performances,” according to The Blast.

According to the attorney, since Bryon and Cabot voluntarily attended the public show, they waived their right to privacy. As such, being recorded while getting intimate at an open gathering does not constitute a legal breach.

"Their public display of affection is on them, not on Coldplay," the lawyer stated. "They just got caught."

Would Astronomer CEO’s Infidelity Affect Any Divorce Settlement?

Speculations about Bryon’s wife splitting up with him followed, with members of the public suggesting that his secret relationship would dramatically affect the legal process.

However, family law attorney Richard Sullivan has stated that the infidelity would not change the outcome of the divorce settlement.

Sullivan emphasized that California is a “no-fault divorce state,” meaning that the court wouldn’t take into consideration which party cheated in the marriage.

Hence, spousal support is based on earnings, and property division remains equal, the cheating is inconsequential.

"Unless community funds were used to support the affair -like expensive travel or gifts— cheating has very little legal consequence," Sullivan noted. "It might matter emotionally. But in court, it's irrelevant,” per The Blast.

While Bryon and Cabot’s affair on Coldplay’s screen may have caused a controversial moment for the group, there have been other sweet highlights on the Jumbotron.

As The Blast reported, in July, football star Lionel Messi and his wife Antonella Roccuzzo stole the spotlight when they attended the band’s final stop in the U.S at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens.

"Well, Lio, my beautiful brother, you and your wife are looking so fine," Martin sang sweetly for the lovebirds when they appeared on the screen. "Thanks for coming today to see our band play, the No. 1 sportsperson of all time.”
