Tom Sandoval is currently in the middle of an epic run on "America's Got Talent" with his band, Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras. Still, the reality star is hoping to find time to pursue other projects.
Following his band's most recent performance on "AGT," where they performed a cover of The Weeknd's "Blinding Lights," Tom Sandoval opened up about which reality show he'd be interested in auditioning for next.
Tom Sandoval Could See Himself On This Reality Show Following His Stint On 'America's Got Talent'

For those unfamiliar, Sandoval first rose to fame as part of the OG cast of "Vanderpump Rules," which ran on Bravo from 2013 until it went on hiatus in September 2023.
Since then, Sandoval, 43, has appeared on a handful of reality shows, including "The Traitors," "Special Forces: World's Toughest Test," "The Masked Singer," and even snagged a spot in the upcoming season of "House of Villains."
Despite his growing resume, Sandoval still has a few shows on his list that he could see himself on in the near future.
"I would like to do a lot of different ones," he told Entertainment Weekly. "I think Survivor sounds cool. I mean, [Got to] Get Out [on Hulu] sounds cool."
Tom Sandoval Is Living The Dream On 'AGT'
For Sandoval, all of the shows he's appeared on have been "so fun in different ways." However, his time on "America's Got Talent" has been entirely unlike that of the others. "Probably one of the coolest experiences of my life doing America's Got Talent. It is so awesome," he said, later calling it "the biggest stage."
"The entire world is seeing it. I'm just like in awe of how big it is, and I'm so excited to perform," Sandoval added.
His first appearance on the competition series showcased his band performing a cover of A-ha's "Take on Me," which stunned audiences and even some of his biggest critics.
Regarding his most recent song choice, Sandoval admitted that his group tends to lean away from the songs that others would deem too complicated.
"We had a couple choices that we couldn't clear [rights to] or that just weren't right for AGT, but we finally landed on ["Blinding Lights"]. And we're doing it our own way. I think people are gonna be really surprised," he said.
Tom Sandoval Feels He's Been Redeemed
Prior to singing for the megawatt celebrity judges on "AGT," Sandoval starred in Bravo's "Vanderpump Rules," where he wound up becoming the group's most villainous personality by the end of season 10 after his months-long affair with his then-girlfriend's best friend was revealed.
Following that, Sandoval faced intense criticism, being savagely ripped apart by fans online and other public figures in media interviews. Since appearing on "America's Got Talent," however, Sandoval believes the tide has begun to turn in his favor.
"I feel like, obviously, since a couple years have passed, it has changed," he said. "And I feel like doing things like this, [with] people seeing me in a different light and seeing me do the things that I love to do and I'm truly happy doing, I feel like it's a much better way for people to see me."
Sandoval Has Found His Experience To Be 'Positive'

And his performance of "Take on Me" didn't hurt, either. According to Sandoval, the reaction following his shocking vocal performance, which went viral on social media, has been "positive."
"I'm so grateful for it, and I'm so happy," he said. "I didn't know what to expect, you know? It's putting yourself out there in front of judges. It's tough. It's nerve-racking, scary at times, but it's been worth it. I'm glad I did it."
Sandoval Was Once Suicidal

The positivity is likely a welcome thing for Sandoval, considering he previously got candid about having suicidal thoughts following Scandoval.
During an episode of his former podcast, "Everybody Loves Tom," the reality star revealed that some incidents that occurred during the height of the shocking scandal had him "very, very close" to dying by suicide.
Sandoval mentioned that the loss os business deals, his long-term relationship with Madix, and close friendships severely impacted his mental health, according to a previous report from The Blast.
Today, though, Sandoval is basking in the love from his supporters and hoping his passion for music takes him across the finish line in season 20 of "AGT."
