Sabrina Carpenter is a busy woman — which may be why she hasn’t answered Tucker Wetmore’s DM.

Wetmore, 25, shared that he’s still waiting to hear back from Carpenter, 26, during his appearance on Harry Jowsey’s “Boyfriend Material” podcast on Tuesday, August 19, which took place less than one month after he revealed that he slid into the pop star’s DMs.

“Is there anyone, um, any celebrities that you’ve reached out to or DM potentially? … Oh, this could be good. Sabrina Carpenter?” Jowsey, 28, asked.

Wetmore responded, “Yeah, I did,” before revealing that Carpenter has yet to respond to his direct message.

“Ah, same with me,” said Jowsey, who admitted to Kristin Cavallari in January on her “Let’s Be Honest” podcast that he had DM’d Carpenter following her split from Barry Keoghan.

“It didn’t work. Like, there was no reply,” Jowsey shared at the time.

Wetmore reasoned on Jowsey’s podcast, “[She] probably didn’t even see it. I can’t remember, what did I say? ‘Trying to think of something clever, but wanna keep it short and sweet,’ or something like that. I thought it was awesome. She didn’t care.”

Wetmore first admitted to shooting his shot with Carpenter in a July interview with E Dose Daily.

“Last week,” Wetmore said when asked about the last time he slid into a celebrity’s DMs. “[It was] Sabrina Carpenter.”

After sharing his “short ‘n’ sweet” message to the “Espresso” singer, Wetmore said, “I thought it was good.”

Wetmore has said that he’s hoping to work with Carpenter on a music collaboration in the future.

“[A collab] would be sick,” he told Nylon in early July. “That’s No. 1 on the bucket list.”

Carpenter isn’t the only star whom Wetmore has struggled to get in contact with. Back in April, the country star exclusively joked to Us Weekly that Thomas Rhett is a bad texter.

“Thomas Rhett is another one of those guys that he’s always texting me, ‘Hey, bud, how you doing?’ I’m like, ‘Oh, yeah, I’m doing good.’ And I’ll explain how my day’s going and I’ll be like, ‘How are you doing?’ Radio silence, two months,” Wetmore said. “And then he’ll text me, ‘Hey, bud, how you doing?’ I’m like, ‘Still good? Still good. How you doing?’ Radio silence.”

Wetmore has been supporting Rhett, 35, on tour this summer, and he gushed about being able to spend time with the “Die a Happy Man” singer.

“He’s such a good dude, and every time I talk to him, he’s just so loving and caring,” Wetmore said. “That’s what I’m most excited about for this tour. Just being able to learn. He does it all the right way. He’s juggling family. And when I say family, I’m talking about lots of kids, an entire family, all of it, and music and his creative mind and his touring life. He juggles it all so well. I aspire to be half the man that he is someday, whether it’s business or family-wise. I’m just excited to learn. Be a sponge.”
