Eleonora Boi, wife of basketball player Danilo Gallinari, wasn’t going to let a six month pregnancy or a recent shark attack keep her from partying with Bad Bunny.

Boi, 39, and Gallinari, 37, attended one of Bad Bunny’s concerts as part of his “No Me Quiero Ir de Aquí” residency at the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum in the musician’s hometown of San Juan, Puerto Rico, on Sunday, August 17.

The date night came just weeks after Boi was attacked by a shark while swimming at a Puerto Rican beach with her family.

“The last memory of Puerto Rico was supposed to be happy ❤,” Boi wrote via Instagram on Monday, August 18. “Thank you @danilogallogallinari but remember I didn’t dance so you have to do it again #badbunnypr.”

Boi shared a video of herself and Gallinari onstage with Bad Bunny, just feet away from the rapper.

“Thank you @badbunnypr for having us in your house,” Boi wrote.

Gallinari, who played 14 seasons in the NBA, signed with the Vaqueros de Bayamón of Puerto Rico’s Baloncesto Superior Nacional in January. The team won the league title on August 12, with Gallinari taking home Finals MVP.

Boi said she was “traumatized” by the shark attack during an interview with Good Morning America that aired on Thursday, August 14.

“I started crying,” she recalled. “I was screaming for help in Italian.”

Boi, Gallinari and their two children — daughter Anatasia, 4, and son Rodolfo, 2 — were swimming in waist-deep water when she felt something wrong with her leg.

“I felt a strong pain and my thigh was burning,” Boi recalled. “But my idea was, ‘Maybe it’s a huge jellyfish.’ But in the reality it wasn’t a jellyfish.”

After an unknown woman, who Boi called an “angel,” helped take care of the shark bite with a towel, first responders arrived and quickly transported Boi to a local hospital.

Once at the hospital, Boi underwent “hours of tests” to monitor her pregnancy..

“After they gave us our information that the kid was OK and nothing happened to him, they started the surgery process,” said Gallinari, who joined his wife for the GMA interview.

Boi is expected to make a full recovery and her pregnancy is not believed to have been compromised, but she admitted it’s been difficult to move on mentally.

“I have to be honest, it’s not easy,” she said. “Because when I remember I’m still scared. It’s difficult.”
